Why a daily format
A daily question is a fundamentally different product from a quiz app with a thousand questions in it. A quiz app is played once. A daily question is a habit, and a habit is what a small language community actually needs — the point isn't to test knowledge but to keep it circulating.
It also solves the content problem honestly. One good question a day is a workload a single person can sustain, and sustaining it matters more than launching with a large catalogue that stops growing in month two.
